New Features, Upgrades, Bug Fixes - We've been busy!

- Custom QR code home button, which can link to any site you wish
- Two home layouts now have a home description if you would like to add more text to your home page
- Carousel as a layout within folders
- Yearbook layout enhancements: we added a page scrolling slider and table of contents for faster navigation between pages
- Various record board upgrades
- Upgraded to Vue 3 and Vite for faster & better performance
- You can now hide the filter dropdowns by clicking the X on the top left of dropdown
- Upgraded to latest text editor, which is used for inputting descriptions
- Allow .webp file uploads
- Various styling enhancements
- Fixed bug associated with deactivating links in touchscreen mode
